Well here it is, the first meal plan. This one does the whole week plus the weekend which is a bonus. I know for my family we like to do something fun on Friday or Saturday nights like nachoes, pizza etc…Luckily Saturday night on this plan is pizza :)!! There wasn’t a grocery list so I put one together for you below.
Funny thing is I went grocery shopping yesterday…I know..now I have to go again but it was payday and our cupboards and fridge were literally empty. The great news is after I put together the grocery list I already had a lot of the items and bought many of them yesterday. I love when you make a meal plan that uses most of the food staples you already have. For me, a couple trips to the grocery store a day isn’t uncommon with teaching a foods class. I spend a lot of time there! Hopefully for you it is only 1-2 times a week.
Wednesday ~ Slow Cooker Sticky Chicken Wings
Thursday ~ Fiesta Pork Chops and Rice
Friday ~ Slow Cooker Broccoli Soup
Saturday ~ Chicken Bacon Alfredo Pizza
Sunday ~ Slow Cooker Balsamic Pot Roast
